I just went through a system update with my Samsung galaxy S8+ and now my keyboard isn't working. I spoke to Samsung and they said that they know their is a problem and my choice's are, 1.) go to BestBuy and have the Samsung rep work on it or 2) wait for the next system update. Well, only one store close to me has a rep on but not on Mondays, which this started on Sunday. Samsung causes a glitch and the options are that limited when it comes to help? I would think someone out there would have a better solution to this problem. My biggest mistakes we make is living my life through a cell phone. When an issue occurs that can't be fixed, my life start a self-destruct phase and it shouldn't be like this. Does anyone have a better solution besides just tossing it out the window, just in case that was going to be the best option offered.
