Hello,

I have a 41 clipper 8 we did have some overheating issues which you helped me resolve by getting the vacumn in working order fitting a splash hood on radiator. She now runs and drives nicely she will start immediately when stopped but if I leave it for more than a few minutes she doesn’t want to start and on looking in carb it appears dry. I am worried about visiting a petrol station or similar situation. She is not going above half way on temp gauge and I do have an emergency manual switched 6 v pusher fan for jams etc. We have fitted a non return valve in fuel line.

Please help.
